What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges vary depending on the location of the customer.

Free Local Pick up

If you prefer to pick up your order, this is free. Our sole distributor is located in Victoria Island, Lagos. Contact us in the contact box section to book an appointment. 

Kindly click on the Local pick up option while checking out.

Note – Appointments for pick ups can only be made during weekdays.

International Deliveries (outside Nigeria)


Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

For local orders, we accept bank transfers. Place your order on our website, call us or contact us via email with the code number of the item you wish to purchase and we will take it up from there.


For International Deliveries, we accept Western Union payments and Card payments: Inter-switch, MasterCard, Verve card, eTranzact and Visa card. 


How long will delivery take?



2-3 working days

Outside Lagos (within Nigeria)

5-10 working days



Note– If you would prefer to get your order quicker, we will be willing to send it via DHL or FedEx, however additional charges may apply.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

We accept cancellations (before the order is dispatched).

We also accept returns and exchanges. However buyers are responsible for return delivery costs, and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering, you will get a message stating the estimated time frame for you to receive your order. Once you receive your order, please visit our website and rate your experience with us. Your comments and feedback are highly appreciated and will help us improve our products and services.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be attached to all orders.

Note: If it is a gift item, kindly state that while ordering, so we can send the invoice to you via email and send the gift item to the recipient without an invoice.
